This policy explains how Renovix Home Services handles information that you choose to send through this website, the quote form, email or WhatsApp.
Information you may provide
The quote form may ask for information needed to understand and respond to an enquiry. Please provide only information relevant to the work.
- Your name and phone number, with an email address when you choose to provide one.
- Property type, requested service, optional sub-service, location, project description, preferred contact method and preferred date.
- The number of image files selected in the form. The current form does not upload those files to this website; it asks you to send photos separately through WhatsApp when needed.
How information is used
Renovix uses enquiry information to reply, understand the requested work, arrange a discussion or site assessment, prepare a quotation and keep an appropriate record of the enquiry. It is also used to protect the public form from spam and abuse.
Service providers and sharing
When email delivery is configured, quote submissions are sent through Resend to the business inbox. Email and WhatsApp are separate communication services with their own policies. Renovix does not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with people or providers who need it to handle the enquiry or deliver an agreed service, or where disclosure is required by law.
Website measurement
When measurement is enabled, this website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and which contact options are used. Measurement is configured not to receive names, phone numbers, email addresses, quote form content or other personal information, and advertising features are switched off.
If the session-recording tool Microsoft Clarity is switched on, it runs with its default on-screen text masking left enabled, so text is not readable in recordings. You can block measurement scripts through common browser privacy settings or extensions; the website continues to work normally without them.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer a service, meet legal or accounting duties, or resolve a dispute. A fixed retention period is not stated because it depends on the enquiry. Renovix applies practical safeguards to the website and its communication channels, but no internet transmission can be made completely secure.
